This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production of The Great Mouse Detective (1986). This hand-painted cel features Lady Mouse asking Basil and Dawson for help, from the end of the film, and was created at the studio and used during the production of the film, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. The overall measurements of the piece are 14.75" x 17.5" and the image itself measures 6.5" x 10.5", with matte opening 8.5" x 11.5". The cel is in excellent condition.
